VOLUNTEER BAILIFFS ASSOCIATIONS

They function as Legal Institutes Governed by Public Law (NPDD), and operate in the seats of the Court of Appeal with the exception of the Volunteer Bailiffs Association of Athens-Piraeus-Aegean-Dodecanese.

They are managed by an elected Board of Directors and have private holdings, therefore they are not subsidised by the State.
