GUIDE : CITIZENS AND JUSTICE

The Guide "Citizens and Justice" is issued on the initiative of the Minister of Justice, Mr. Filippos Petsalnikos, represents an effort of collection and classification of all information which is useful to the citizens in their relations with justice services and aims at informing citizens in practical issues of interest to them, related to the range of competence of the Ministry of Justice and the judicial practice.

This Guide is the product of collective effort by staff of the Ministry of Justice who worked under the supervision of Secretary General Ioannis Gavrilis.

We believe that the result of this effort shall constitute a useful tool for citizens in their relations with the Ministry of Justice services.
